I not we: What is more racist?

Believing that a group of people cannot prosper without the government taking from another group and giving it to them.

Or the belief that allowing a group of people to act on their own without interference from the government is the path to prosperity.

It sounds like common sense to me. Or is that giving Liberals too much credit.
